Being listed among some of the best donuts in Austin in our first few months of making mochi donuts is an honor, and now a source of pride and joy!

Good Day Austin
In December 2023, Fox 7 Good Day Austin with Tierra Neubaum and the Anchors featured our Harry Potter and Holiday mochi donuts alongside our creative friends, Diagon Alley ATX. It was good to be back with Good Day, as we were featured during AAPI Heritage month 2 years ago ! Which, btw, that HP popup was another smashing success, complete with warm Butterbeer and a 30 minute unplanned blackout! (But the party kept going in the dark!) We loved giving 10% of our profits to Foster Angels of Central Texas, as this was one of the goals for the collaboration/popup!

In January 2023, Austin Monthly writer, Bryan C. Parker spotlight Bom Bakeshop as part of their recommended 2023 lineup of Lunar New Year treats to buy in Austin!
It was an honor and our first time to be have our business included in this magazine alongside our favorite bakers and friends in Austin!
