• Mail order option: For those unable to attend but still want a tier, we will have the option for you to buy and add the shipping cost to have the swag bag mailed to you. You can add on Lucky Draws (they can be shipped), however, your raffle tickets will not be valid because you must be present to win.

WHO WANTS BTS MOCHI DONUTS???

We don’t need Permission to Dance!!

But, YOU DO NEED TO read the terms before ordering because when you purchase, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. RSVPs and Preorders: This Cupsleeve RSVP and preorders for Special Edition BTS MOCHI DONUTS are valid for pickup ONLY on Saturday, March 8th ONLY (unless you selected shipped) at our Booth at St. Elmo Brewing Co SPRINGDALE location only before we close the event at 6pm.

2. All sales are final. No refunds, No Exchanges, No Changes, No credits forward, no returns, No exceptions. The event will happen rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by the event organizers.

3. Walkups: A limited number of tiers, merch, and mochi donuts will be for walk-up on a first come, first served basis starting 1:30 pm as long as supplies last. All sales are final.

4. Forfeit Policy. All sales are final. If you do not pickup before we leave at 6pm when we’re done with take down, the order is considered forfeit. We donate your order to a member of the homeless community or homebound elderly or disabled.

5. Bom Bakeshop Goods: For Mochi Donuts, you can buy singles only as walkups on the day of. Preorders are only sold as sets. Everything will be on a first come first served basis.

6. RAFFLE: You must be present to pickup the raffle winnings by 6pm at the event location when we close. We will do the raffle drawings and announce winners starting 6:00pm.

One last note…

Come ready & cute to take all the selfies with the special Dday, Daechwita, JITB, HOTS, and OT7 Boss photozones! We’ll have our photo booth setup where you can print out 3 cuts. There will be BTS games, and lots of ways to make new ARMY friends and hang in our purple corner of the BTS universe!!

*BTS Sets + raffle entries are meant for BTS fans and ARMY only. If you are not a BTS fan but would love to try our special edition mochi donuts, or ONLY want to order the BTS mochi donuts, they will be available by walkups only on the day of the event.

Those who preordered a tier will be served first in line. For mochi donut sets, there will be a preorders only pickup line, so you don’t have to wait in the long line for walkups!
